STORE POLICIES

 

  • Returns And Exchanges are only allowed upon stores discretion and if it was received in fault to our end.
  • All items needs to be documented upon noticing of the damaged/ broken material within the 12-24 hrs window of the est. arrival shipment date.
  • Customer refunds are also upon stores discretion on customers request, mostly can be approved and added on account for store credit without expiration date can also be transferable. 
  • Returns on customer requests are their responsibility to ship out back unless it was noted otherwise.
  • All sales on clearance and seasonal sale items are considered final. No Returns. No Exchanges.
  • Store has a right to refuse, and put accounts on hold for those that are non responsive to messages, unpaid balances that lasts more than date dues and clients who imposes threats or unprofessional conduct on communicating and other transactions.
